Yes, you will be asked to provide proof of insurance to store your boat with us. New Wave Marine carries liability coverage for any damage caused by our services but acts of God and or other outside causes would still be covered by your primary policy.

Yes, we offer full mechanical services. If you are a Captain's Package Member, we will make a dock call to diagnose the issue and fix it if possible. Customers that are not in our Captain’s Package will need to have the boat trailered to our site for diagnostic work.

Yes, our shop is prepared to assist with all marine mechanical issues. If we are unable to fix or repair your boat/PWC, we will work to find you additional resources to get back on the water.

If your boat is in our winter storage program, boats are not easily accessible. We will make every effort to provide access for emergency issues. If you are storing with us during the summer, we normally will be able to provide access with a bit of notice.

Yes, in our Captain's package we provide year-round trailer storage.

We are a full line marine facility and we do not offer general storage. If you have our Captain's package we can store both your boat and can provide year-round trailer storage.

We offer two types of winter storage:

1) Indoor Storage which is inside one of our completely enclosed buildings.

2) Outdoor storage which would include your boat being winterized and wrapped for the season and stored in our fenced lot.

Yes, at our 1446 Hamlin Highway location we have a retail store where we carry a lot of the normal boating needs. If we do not have it on the shelf we can order and have it in a day or so. Call us with your needs and we will do our best to help.

Yes, we do offer purchase and consignment agreements for boats. Each watercraft must be evaluated before any offer or agreement can be finalized.

Please pay all invoices via the phone or in the store. We do not have an online option at this time.

Yes, many boat owners do not have their own trailers so we have a wide array of trailer to be able to pick up your boat or PWC. Give us a call and we will confirm this service for your specific watercraft.
